HOW OUR COLLABORATIONS WORK
Grown with Hart runs four collaborations a year, one for each quarter. For all of them, the process is the same.

Step One: Sign Up
Simply fill out the Sign-Up form to be considered for a collaboration. You can sign up for multiple, but you cannot be in two collaborations in a row (to rotate authors). Once all sign-ups are in, we will choose from the pool of authors based on what we think will have the largest impact for everyone. If you don’t get accepted, just wait for the next one!
Step Two: Participate
Once accepted, you’ll receive an email to the “Master Doc.” Each collaboration has a unique Google Sheets doc loaded with details about the release schedule, copy, world details etc.
Fill in the information about your book and characters asap so other authors can include them. All books must connect their story to the town and at least one other author.
Step Three: Start Your Cover
Next, it’s time to get your cover made! DO this early so we can use it in promotional material. At Grown with Hart, we collaborate with an artist to create the series covers. All you need is a model and book title. Details on how/where to submit these details will be provided in the Master Doc.
Step Four: HYPE!
Now that you have a cover, get that book up for preorder so we can begin sharing it! All books will be released in a particular month, and during that time we will supply all the promotional assets and copy. All you need to do is share these resources with your audience.
Step Five: Profit
We do a pre-order push via paid promo and Grown with Hart’s socials & newsletter. Each book will have an exclusive promo on socials. All graphics & copy will be provided (5 individual graphics + series graphics).
Once all the books are out, we will do one last sales push for the complete series. Your book must remain at 2.99 on Kindle for 90 days but after that you are free to change the cover/price etc.
We offer an optional $0.99 sale about 2-3 months after the last release to drum up interest again. Authors can chose to participate or not. Promo material will be provided.
Each series will also be featured on the Grown with Hart website with a dedicated page pointing to all the books.
