📈 Let’s Grow Your BookBub Followers (Together)
If you’ve been an indie author for a while, you know that BookBub is one of the best tools we have—but growing your follower count organically is a slow crawl.
The goal isn’t just to see a bigger number on your profile. The goal is the New Release Alert. Every person who follows you on BookBub gets an automated email from them the day you launch a new book. It’s essentially “free” marketing that you don’t have to manage.
To help a group of us get more of those alerts, I host a regular BookBub Builder.
How it works:
It’s a simple, collaborative effort to get our names in front of more romance readers:
- The Draw: We host a raffle for an Amazon Gift Card (which readers always love).
- The Entry: To enter, readers get a “ticket” for every author they click a link to follow on BookBub from our list.
- The Reach: I’ll promote the giveaway to my audience of romance readers, and we’ll all share it to create a nice “boost” for everyone involved. There will be two promotions in the Grown with Hart email, and several more on our social media platforms.
